WHY MONK FRUIT IS MORE EXPENSIVE
If monk fruit has so many advantages, why is it not used everywhere?

Monk fruit grows primarily in limited regions of southern China, and the extraction of mogrosides requires specialized processing.
Compared with many other sweeteners, this makes monk fruit extract significantly more expensive.
For mass-market products focused on minimizing costs, cheaper sweeteners are often chosen instead.

WHY WE CHOSE MONK FRUIT
When selecting a sweetener, we looked for three key qualities.
